Renewal, Cancellation, & Refund Policies

RENEWAL POLICY FOR AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS

We will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your subscription. When we renew

your Paid Membership subscription, we will use the payment method currently associated with your

account. If your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid,

your subscription may not renew and your Paid Membership will revert to a Free Membership. If we are

unable to collect payment prior to your renewal date, and you wish to retain your Paid Membership, you

will be subject to current payment plan offerings. In certain cases, such as an expired card, our payment

processor will contact the card issuing bank for updated information to allow the purchase to go

through. You can view your payment method at any time by logging in to your account at LottoPlays.com

Until you cancel, billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your purchase.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancelling Automatically Renewing Subscriptions Purchased on LottoPlays.com

If you have purchased an automatically renewing Paid Membership on LottoPlays.com, and would like to

stop the subscription from automatically renewing, you can do so at any time by logging in to

LottoPlays.com, clicking on “Memberships”, and selecting “Manage.” Click the “Cancel” button to cancel

your current Membership. Except as provided below, any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will

not be refunded.

Seeking a Refund for Automatically Renewing Subscriptions

Annual Paid Membership Subscriptions Purchased on LottoPlays.com

If after cancelling your automatically renewing annual Paid Membership subscription you wish to

receive a refund, you must email us with the request within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial

purchase or in the case of a renewal, no more than fourteen (14) days after your renewal date. We will

terminate your Premium Membership at the time of refund and your account will revert to Basic Membership.

Monthly Paid Membership Subscriptions Purchased on LottoPlays.com

If after cancelling your automatically renewing monthly Paid Membership subscription you wish to

receive a refund, you must email us with the request within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial

purchase (i.e. the first time we charge you). If you cancel during that initial fourteen (14) calendar day

time period, we will refund your first monthly Paid Membership fee and your account will revert to Free Membership.

If you choose to cancel your subscription beyond the fourteen (14) calendar day time period, any

amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded. Following cancellation, your Paid

Membership will expire thirty (30) calendar days from your last payment.

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to revise the terms of these policies. Any changes made will apply to all

memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.

All memberships, regardless of type, are subject to the LottoPlays Terms & Conditions available on the

LottoPlays website.
